The Nest Tambien
This month, we will focus on our new Legacy Cohort Members, Antonio and Heather Appling, Co-CEOs of The Nest Tambien Restaurant in Bellflower, CA. The Nest: Tambien opened in June 2021. Yes, you read that correctly. Building out the space during 2020 was no cakewalk, and opening during 2021 had its own set of challenges, but The Nest: Tambien is well on its way to becoming a neighborhood favorite.
